Jay Z is opening a night club in an airport because nothing says club rat like weary middle-aged traveling salesmen. Mr. Carter is bringing his 40/40 club to the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the most heavily trafficked airport in the world.

The club will be cater exclusively to ticketed passengers and will also feature a special VIP lounge. The club is scheduled to open sometime this fall.

Typically, I have faith in Jay Z’s business ventures. After all, the guy isn’t a businessman. He’s a business, man. But I really don’t get this one. Who in their right mind is going to want to go clubbing while waiting for a connecting flight? I don’t even like clubbing in a normal club on a Saturday night.
