We all know Miley Cyrus loves to party in the U-S-A, but when she recently hit the London G-A-Y nightclub, the singer reached a whole new level of raunchy.

While it seems near impossible to take our eyes off of her impeccable blow job technique on this totally turned-on blow-up doll, we make our way down her barely clothed bod to — WAIT A MINUTE — is that Seth Rogen???

It is Seth Rogen! The slight afro, facial hair, rounded face and even Rogen’s glasses are clearly outlined on the knobby knee of Miley Cyrus. Seth and Miley responded to the hilarity on Twitter:

Ladies and gentlemen, dare we say this marks the onset of a new trend? Just a couple months ago, we saw Kanye West’s face on the knee of a woman surface on the Internet.

Celebrity kneecaps are all the rage. Before we know it, people will be having reconstructive knee surgery to resemble the likes of Bob Saget and Betty White. This is one trend we’re totally on board with.

Residents of […]
