Tiger Woods may not know how to reamin faithful to a woman, but the golfer still knows how to be chivalrous at times! Woods sent out his private jet to an airport in Austria on Friday so Olympic gold medalist Lindsey Vonn could make it back to the U.S. to undergo a series of necessary surgeries.

During the Alpine Ski World Championships…Vonn took a ghastly fall and tore two knee ligaments.

Vonn, 28, and Woods have been seen together in Antigua in January and on the slopes in Austria last November.

Vonn — who recently divorced fellow skier Thomas Vonn after 11 years of marriage — ‘will not participate in any speculation surrounding her personal life at this time,’ she said in a statement last month.

But according to US Weekly: ‘They’ve been seeing each other for the past 9 months or so regularly.’
