Timbaland Is Now An Equity Owner In 50 Cent’s SMS Audio

While attending this year’s Consumer Electronics Show, 50 Cent announced that renown music producer Timbaland was officially an equity owner in SMS Audio! 

“I’m excited about that,” 50 said. “He can actually help out in the areas where we have acoustic engineers, help tune the actual products, and can give me his take on ‘What I think is great’ or not.”

Timbaland will serve as an investment partner and member of the company’s board of directors, as well as being heavily involved with the design and audio engineering process for new SMS Audio products.

“I’m looking forward to working with 50 and being part of a company so eager to bring studio-quality sound to music fans all over the world,” Timbaland said in a statement.

I wonder what Dr.Dre is thinking right now….
