Wolfgang Puck is being sued by a woman who was allegedly hit in the head with a pitcher at one of his D.C. locations.

Tamara Mason-Williams — the “victim” —  filed the lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming she was dining at Wolfgang’s The Source Restaurant back in April … when a waitress struck her in the head with a “heavy metal water pitcher.”

Tamara claims the incident left her with a “nasty concussion” — and Wolfgang’s restaurant is 100% at fault because of its “negligently trained” staff.

Tamara is suing for lost income and medical expenses.
