Although the stars stepped it up a few notches on last night’s red carpet, showing everyone that Hollywood glamour is still very much alive, there were, of course, a few red carpet mishaps.

Here, are the ladies I felt were the worst dressed on the Golden Globes red carpet last night:

Debra Messing in Donna Karan

Beautiful woman, but this dress is simply swallowing her. There’s also too much accessorizing going on, and not in a good way.

Giuliana Rancic in Oriett Domenech

This dress is just ugly, there’s no way around it. The headband? Unnecessary.

Jessica Chastain in Calvin Klein Collection

This dress is way too baggy in the front. A fitted version would have suited her much better. I’m also not crazy about the 1997 prom dress popular color.

Jennifer Lopez in Zuhair Murad

J.Lo needs to take it down a notch, cut outs and sheer fabrics are cool, but this dress is literally out of control.

Sienna Miller in Erdem

Ugly, ugly ugly. Another dress inspired by some bad 90’s prom dress.

Do you agree with my worst-dressed picks?

Welcome to 2014, where you’re more likely to encounter a dancing leprechaun with infinite pots of gold than a high-functioning, healthy relationship. Haunting Photo Series Shows The Loneliness Zoo Animals Face During The Winter

There’s no doubt about it: Zoo animals have it pretty rough during the winter season. Sure, these zoos provide heated rocks and make minor habitat tweaks to make these frigid environments comfortable for animals, but that doesn’t help the loneliness that follows. This photo series by Toni Amengual is titled “Necrofilia I.” Throughout the series, […]
