New York Giant David Diehl Arrested for DWI

Offensive lineman David Diehl might need to start playing defense after police arrested him on Sunday for drunk driving.

The New York Giants footballer was arrested at 8:45 pm in Queens after he crashed his car into a number of parked cars.

Diehl was taken to a testing facility where his blood alcohol level was .18 – over twice the legal limit of .08.

Police sources told TMZ that Diehl was drinking at the Scorpio Cafe & Car while watching the Croatia-Ireland soccer game prior to his arrest.

He was expected to face a judge this morning.
