This week, the Internet flipped its disposable plastic lid after Starbucks allegedly took the Christ out of coffee through its holiday -- read not Christmas -- red cups.

The wave of anti-Starbucks hate started after Pastor (and guy who looks like he starred on "The King of Queens") Joshua Feuerstein posted this video to Facebook.

Gun-toting, Jesus-fearing Kevin James is clearly not happy. Starbucks taking Christmas signage off its cups is a bigger disappointment than “Zookeeper.”

As expected, this removal started a major controversy online.

Now, the controversy has officially been extinguished, thanks to Demi Lovato.

After ruling on the issue, Demi sent another tweet with the perfect solution, referencing the time she proclaimed her allegiance to mugs and only mugs.
