People Are Pissed Disney Forgot This Classic For Its Upcoming Movie Marathon

Disney Channel

Attention, 20-something women everywhere: Disney Channel is airing 51 of its original movies for a Memorial Day weekend marathon.

This is not a drill. I repeat, this is NOT a drill. We're not just talking "High School Musical" and "The Cheetah Girls," either.

No, no, no. There's so much more than that. This sh*t is legit. We're talking "Stuck in the Suburbs," we're talking "Halloweentown," we're talking  the god damn cinematic masterpiece that is "Motocrossed."

This seems like a nearly flawless situation, right? WRONG.

Disney Channel, you were so close, you really were. And I give you props for all the fantastic movies you're featuring (hello, "Cadet Kelly" is a work of genius). But, y'all really screwed up on one thing.

Take a close look at the schedule. Notice anything missing?

DISNEY CHANNEL FREAKIN' FORGOT THE DISNEY CHANNEL ORIGINAL CLASSIC, "THE LUCK OF THE IRISH."

Listen. "The Luck of the Irish" is incredible. I mean, the kid literally turns into a leprechaun but still wins his school's basketball championship. They just don't make 'em like that anymore.

It's been 15 years since that film graced our television screens in 2001, and I want to see it again, dammit.

And I'm not the only one. The people are NOT PLEASED, Disney Channel.

You were so close, Disney, but you really hecked up. You really did.

As a redhead, I am personally offended this "Teen Beach Movie" nonsense made the cut over not my favorite Irish pride film.

This is an outrage, frankly. Whom do I call?

Give the people what they want: magical teen leprechaun basketball players!!!

Seriously, this is bull crap. I mean, I'm still gonna watch every second of it, but I'm going to be very mad about it.

Look at the complete yet woefully incomplete schedule below.
