'The Lion King' And 'Aladdin' Casts Have A Sing-Off During Flight Delay (Video)

by Gillian Fuller

Travelers at New York’s LaGuardia Airport were treated to an impromptu performance recently when the cast members of two Broadway musicals decided to host a spontaneous sing-off.

Several actors from “The Lion King” and “Aladdin” were traveling together when they got stuck at the airport due to a six-hour flight delay.

Somehow, the group of talented performers got to singing, and soon, a full-on a cappella sing-off broke out in the middle of the terminal.

Onlookers cheered and clapped as the cast members performed notable pieces from the Disney films.

One performer even broke out in a freestyle rap, to the obvious enjoyment of the crowd.

If only airports were always this fun.

One traveler named Julie L. uploaded a video of the lively spectacle to YouTube, where it quickly racked up more than 10,000 views in just a few hours.

Check out the video up top;  it’s quite the show.
