Bitches can be crazy … real crazy– something “Hangover” director Todd Phillips should have considered back in 2011, when he allegedly had a one-night stand with the woman who’s recently been stalking him!

Mr.Phillips obtained a short tem restraining order today against 22-year-old Juliana Shiao, claiming she’s been harassing him non-stop since the two had a one night stand nearly two years ago! Clinger….

Todd says  the two met on a movie set the year before — and after spending just one night together, she became slightly obsessed with him… texting Todd at all hours of the day/night, showing up at his house, and even following him to Vegas last November!

After the Vegas scare, Todd says his stalker event was as far as  showing up at his L.A. home and destroying his girlfriend’s car — kicking it in and tearing off the windshield wipers — after sending him messages like, “I really don’t wanna be a stalker … I’m going to hop over your fence … [and] smash your girlfriend’s car if you don’t come out.”

Shiao was arrested outside Todd’s home last week on suspicion of stalking — and according to the court documents it seems as though she had been secretly staying in his pool house for days.

Shiao pled “not guilty” today to the felony stalking charge!
