It Looks Like Professor Snape From 'Harry Potter' Works At An Airport
Broomsticks are so 2001 -- at least according to officials from American Airlines.
For years, they've fielded questions from "Harry Potter" fans regarding one ticketing agent who bears a striking resemblance to Potions master Professor Severus Snape.
Rumors swirled of the professor's potential side gig since 2012 when one hawk-eyed fan spotted the raven-haired lookalike manning a ticket desk at New York's LaGuardia Airport.
In a cheeky Facebook post, the airline recently joked,
Severus Snape will assist you in the boarding process for Flight Nine and Three Quarters from LaGuardia To Hogwarts. We'll be boarding by Sorting House and are expecting a full flight today.
Traveling Slytherins are, of course, to be treated as first-class passengers.
The company added,
Our First Class Slytherin passengers can now board the Patronus Jet. Please let our Flight Attendants know if you would like a pre-departure butterbeer.
The post was accompanied by a photograph of the lookalike, who was identified as New York-based David Dolci.
What do you think? Is Dolci truly a Muggle? Or is this twinning the work of a wizard and a vial of Polyjuice Potion?
We may never know.
