A couple with a newborn baby face unexpected difficulties after they are forced to live next to a fraternity house in the new film, “Neighbors.”

The cast for this movie is EPIC, starring: Dave Franco, Zac Efron, Christopher Mintz-PlasseRose Byrne, Seth Rogan, Lisa Kudrow and Jake Johnson.

Fratty: (adj.)- A word describing the look of a sterotypical fraternity brother mixed with how hard they go… and how often. Yes, a girl can be fratty should she be deserving of the title.
