The 8th 'Fast And Furious' Just Dropped Its First Trailer, And It Looks Epic
Forget everything you know about "The Fast And Furious" franchise because the latest installment looks next level.
The first official trailer for "The Fate of the Furious" — the franchise's eighth installation — has dropped, and there are more explosions, firepower and sexy cars than all the other seven movies put together.
Here's what we know so far.
Who?
There's a killer cast, for starters. The biggest change-up is the introduction of Charlize Theron. She plays some badass chick who manages to pull Dom and the gang back into a world of crime.
The full teamsheet includes Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Helen Mirren, Nathalie Emmanuel, Elsa Pataky, Scott Eastwood with Kurt Russell and Charlize Theron.
Where?
This movie's going to be housed in New York City, with scenes from Cuba and the Arctic Ocean.
What?
So the guys have retired from the game and are trying to piece together the closest thing they can to a normal life.
But circumstances change, and the introduction of a mystery woman described as a "terrorist" sends the team on gnarly missions around the world.
They'll face challenges that dice with death over and over.
