A lot of people die on "Game of Thrones." In fact, in season four alone, 10 relatively major characters died. That makes it the bloodiest season to date.
Even though it may seem like it, Martin, Weiss and Benioff don't just kill people off willy-nilly. Everyone who dies did something to deserve death in one way or another. And if you don't believe me, I will now direct you to this very helpful and informative infographic that is presented below.
The graphic highlights all the major deaths from season one up until this past Sunday's season four finale. It reminds us that all men must die, and die for a good reason.
We may have been totally heartbroken by the deaths of characters like Ygritte and The Hound, but the "GoT" universe is a harsh one where selfish and foolish actions have deadly consequences.
