The perfect union between Hugh Hefner and Crystal Harris almost never came to fruition, but thanks to the powers that be, they eventually tied the knot.
The pair first got engaged in December of 2010, but Crystal channeled her inner Julia Roberts in "Runaway Bride" just five days before the wedding and called it off.
Roughly two years after their initial engagement, though, Crystal and Hugh ended up making peace and taking that walk down the aisle.
For those who don't know, 89-year-old Hefner started as a copywriter for Esquire but left in 1953 to build the Playboy Enterprises empire.
Hugh married Mildred Williams in 1949 and divorced her a decade later.
He then locked down Kimberley Conrad in 1989, only to see that marriage go belly up in 2010. Which brings us to his latest wife, Crystal.
Crystal Hefner is a 29-year-old model, DJ, singer and television personality extraordinaire. And judging by her Instagram, she's definitely living the good life.
Crystal Hefner is a British-American who was born in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
She got her first glimpse of the entertainment world thanks to her singer-songwriter father, Ray Harris.

Crystal got into modeling while attending San Diego State University.
She first met Hugh Hefner at a 2008 Halloween party at the Playboy Mansion.
Crystal then appeared as "Co-Ed of the Week" on Playboy.com.
In 2010, the newest Mrs. Hefner inked a deal with Organica Musical Group and released several singles.
In 2012, she designed a swimwear line with Australian designer Vanessa Bryce.
After calling off their initial engagement in 2011, Crystal and Hugh eventually tied the knot on December 31, 2012.
Now, Crystal's doing her thing as a one of Playboy's biggest names.
