Joe Paterno’s widow, Sue Paterno, is planning to give her first interview since the Jerry Sandusky scandal and her husband’s death. She is going to appear on Katie Couric’s daytime talk show on Monday.

Joe Paterno was head coach of the Nittany Lions for nearly as long as he has been married: from 1966 to 2011.

He led the team to 409 victories and two national titles. 111 of those victories were voided by the NCAA as a result of the Sandusky child sexual abuse scandal aftermath.

However, many people feel that Paterno’s involvement in the scandal has been blown out of proportion.

Nevertheless, Paterno was fired by the school only days after the scandal was made public back in 2011. He died in January of 2012 from lung cancer.

Cat Gets Put On A Life-Saving IV Drip Of Half A Liter Of Vodka

Vodka is such a lifesaver sometimes. No, but seriously, vodka saved a kitty’s life. After some horrible, disgusting humans doused the cat, named Missey, in antifreeze, her owners rushed her to the veterinarian. According to vets, antifreeze is extremely toxic to animals’ kidneys, but alcohol — specifically vodka because of its high ethanol content — serves […]

5 Reasons Why An Overprotective Older Sibling Is A Blessing, Not A Curse

Being overprotective has always gotten a bad wrap.
