Kanye Went On A Really Bizarre Rant About Apps On Twitter (Photos)

by Gillian Fuller

Kanye West isn't one to keep his opinions to himself, so when he took to Twitter last night to launch his most recent rant, nobody was really that surprised.

What he chose to complain about, though, is a whole other story.

West — who is reportedly worth about $130 million — began his tirade by insulting iPhone app producers who make children's games with in-app purchase capabilities. His problem with 'em? They make it too easy for kids to inadvertently spend money.

He wrote,

F*ck any game company that puts in-app purchases on kids games… That makes no sense!!! We give the iPad to our child and every 5 minutes there's a new purchase!!!

To be fair, he's right: It's kind of predatory to sneak in-app purchases into a game that a toddler plays. It's far too easy for the child to press the wrong button and accidentally make a $10 purchase.

That said, really, Kanye? Like you don't have the money to buy the upgraded version of Angry Birds (or whatever kids play these days)?

Hopefully 'Ye gets his dire money situation figured out before wife Kimmy K delivers their new baby boy in December. 'Cause, you know, two kids are more expensive than one.

Check out his tweets below.

If a game is made for a 2 year old, just allow them to have fun and give the parents a break for Christ sake. — KANYE WEST (@kanyewest) October 10, 2015
