Kourtney Kardashian Is Making Moves To Get Sole Custody Of Her 3 Kids

It's clear Scott Disick doesn't live a very child-friendly lifestyle.

Whether he's out partying too hard or struggling with personal demons, the reality TV star has a hard time fully committing to family life.

As a result, his ex-girlfriend and the mother of his three children, Kourtney Kardashian, is allegedly seeking full custody of their kids.

The children have already been living with Kourtney, NY Daily News reports, but Kourtney would like to protect them from Disick's partying ways.

Apparently, Kourtney met with Laura Wessler, the attorney who represented her sisters Kim and Khloe in both of their divorces, to ensure she gains sole custody.

Us Weekly reports sources close to Scott “don't think he'll challenge Kourtney,” and they believe he “doesn't act like a dad at all when he's partying.”

The couple announced their split last month after Scott was seen cuddling with a mystery woman.
