Justin Bieber Had A Special Meet-And-Greet For A Fan Who Has Cystic Fibrosis

by Anna Menta

Despite the fact he still hasn't cut off those dreadlocks, it turns out Justin Bieber is not the world's worst person.

That is to say, Justin Bieber didn't bail on his appointment with Sarina Costanzo, a 14-year-old girl with cystic fibrosis.

Last month, Justin canceled all his meet-and-greets scheduled on his Purpose tour. Sarina from Missouri is one of the rare exceptions; she got to meet (and hug) the Biebs thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

It all happened before Justin's concert on Wednesday at the Sprint Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Sarina even got a kiss on the head from the pop star, she told local news after.

Now before you all start to get all jealous and hater-y, don't forget Sabrina's been through a lot in her life. She's earned this one.

She said,

Having CF, it's hard to stay motivated to keep trying, and all the medicines that I have to take, it's really hard, and [Justin Bieber] just, his songs, just inspire me to just never give up on anything.

Aw, that's pretty sweet. Congrats, Sabrina, I'm happy for you! And, props to Bieber for showing up and making this girl's whole life.
