According to executive producer Nigel Lythgoe, Ryan Seacrest plays such a significant role on “American Idol,” that without him theshow would struggle to survive!

TMZ spotted Nigel out in L.A. and asked if Seacrest was considered dispensable –to which Nigel replied:

“Ryan Seacrest drives the entire program. He’s not on an earpiece or anything. He’s not beholden to anybody. He controls the show. He’s really important.”

He added, “It would be very, very difficult to replace Ryan Seacrest.”

Nigel strongly believes “American Idol” exceeds any one individual — saying:

“I’ve never believed that Idol as a franchise is beholden to any individual because everybody said it would die the minute Simon Cowell left, and it hasn’t.”

Coming Home To Your Dog Is Reason Enough To Never Drink And Drive (Video)

Commercials for beer — screw it, commercials in general — are rarely clever or touching enough to deliver a message that actually sticks with the viewer. This commercial for Budweiser, however, is changing the game in the best way possible. Instead of promoting beer, the commercial aims to promote responsible drinking. It features a man […]

This 2-Year-Old Choreographer Has More Swag Than You Ever Will (Video)

If there’s one thing children have over adults, it’s that they genuinely don’t give a sh*t if they look silly or ridiculous. Adults often spend way too much time worrying about what other people think. That carefree nature is what makes them so damn charming. Take this tot, for instance. A 2-year-old dancer named Zaya […]

Why The Classroom Was Never The Same After 9/11 For This Generation

Some of us walked into fifth grade the morning of September 11. Some us threw our book bags down into our third grade classrooms, eager to see our friends. It was the second week of school for most of us. Things still felt brand new. There was hope, fresh chalk on the chalkboard, fresh markers fragrant […]

Whoa! Here’s What The Boy Who Voiced Nemo In ‘Finding Nemo’ Looks Like Now

I don’t know about you, but my favorite Pixar movie is “Finding Nemo.” What would that movie be without our adorable, titular protagonist? If you were unaware, 9-year-old Alexander Gould voiced Nemo. Gould is probably best known as Shane Botwin from Showtime’s “Weeds.” Well, it’s been 11 years since “Finding Nemo” came out, and Gould […]
