According to TMZ, Tony Danza and his estranged wife are officially divorced…making him Hollywood’s most eligible bachelor. Well, maybe not.

After 24 years of marriage, Danza filed for divorce from Tracy Danza…citing ”irreconcilable differences.”

In the official divorce documents, Danza claimed the couple — who have two daughters together — had been separated since 2006.

Yesterday, a judge finally made the divorce official … after the case wilted away in divorce court for nearly two years.

Tony Danza is back on the market…any takers?!
