Gwen Stefani And Pharrell Are So Much Better Than Adam Levine At Karaoke (Video)

by Taylor Ortega

Blake Shelton and Adam Levine want you to know they are very, very, very cool. Also, party games are for babies.

Gwen Stefani and Pharrell Williams, on the other hand, won't show up at your niece's communion and complain about how “lame this freaking party is” because “there are, like, no cool people here” and the kids “don't even know any Dylan.”

On a recent episode of “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” Adam and Blake maintained their reps as extremely badass hosts of a singing competition while Gwen and Pharrell had a little fun.

Jimmy Fallon engaged the four hosts/coaches of “The Voice” in a game of Spin the Microphone, and Blake and Adam were less than enthused over the roulette-style karaoke bit.

Adam shuffles comatose through a cover of Britney Spears' “Oops!... I Did It Again” before Blake gives a shockingly earnest effort at Village People's “YMCA.”

Jimmy and Pharrell take on a cute duet of Rob Base and DJ E-Z Rock's “It Takes Two,” and Gwen tackles Drake's “Hotline Bling” nearly solo, with Blake occasionally deadpanning “bling” into the mic.

Watching these hosts, particularly Levine, perform on a show where they are forced to stand rather than sit in chairs that spin on command makes it unclear if all of them would show up for work were the format of “The Voice” any different.
