The highly successful HBO show “Game of Thrones” opened its Comic-Con 2013 panel by remembering the countless characters that have died during the first epic three seasons of the show.

“GoT” kicked off Comic-Con with an entertaining yet sad In Memoriam reel which was set to the tune of the classic Boys II Men song, “It’s Hard To Say Goodbye To Yesterday”.

In the clip, they remember all the characters who were killed… whether it was by being stabbed, beheaded or having a pot of molten gold poured on their head it kept us captivated.

In the end, they tease the upcoming 4th season by saying:

“The North Remembers.”
