Between the 12-year-old dancing prodigies and the child athlete superstars, the rising generation is already poised to be one of exceptional talent.

We thought we'd seen the best of what the younger generation has to offer, but we were proved wrong after stumbling upon Arat Hosseini's Instagram page.

Just shy of 2 years old, Hosseini is already shaping up to be one of the great gymnasts of the next generation.

The Iranian youth, who reportedly began practicing gymnastics at just 9 months old, is more skilled in the sport than many seasoned adults and has the passion and drive to match his natural talent.

After a recent feature in Daily Mail, Hosseini is taking the world by storm — and he's only just getting started.

Get to know the future Olympian below.

This is soon-to-be-2-year-old Arat Hosseini.

The toddler is quickly making a name for himself as one of the world's youngest (and most talented) gymnasts.

The young boy's gymnastics performances are documented on social media.

The toddler already has an impressive 20,000 Instagram followers and counting.

His proud father, Mohamad, said, “Arat is an extra special person, and in sport he will be unattainable.”

Arat and his family live in Iran's Mazandaran Province, where he receives no professional training for the sport.

As such, many of Arat's coolest photos are taken in unexpected places.

You'll see the kid scaling walls…

Hanging from ceilings…

...and practicing his splits atop the TV.

Arat practices for 10 to 20 minutes a day and does weight training.

It may seem like a lot of work, but the talented tot seems to truly enjoy it.

Keep up with the mini gymnastics maven on Instagram.
