If you were a Disney princess, what would you showcase on your Instagram account?

That’s a tough question, considering I have trouble figuring out what I should put on mine as a human being. Is my lunch worthy enough to Insta?

How many filters does this sunset need to look good? Is it worth geotagging the random town of Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts for this picture of this lake? Does anyone even care?

The answer to that one is almost always “no.” But we think people do anyway.

Seventeen Magazine created some great Instagram posts from all of our favorite Disney princesses as if they lived in the real world, and their posts are probably better than yours.

Ariel contributes to the old hot dogs or legs? debate and Belle geotags the New York Public Library. I’m thoroughly impressed with their social media skills.

Alexia LaFata

Alexia is a Writer for Elite Daily and one of the most inquisitive people you will ever meet. Currently a senior at Boston College, Alexia is really bad at movies (except documentaries because she obsessively watches those), controlling her portion sizes, being appropriately affectionate towards animals, tweeting, and hiding her feelings. She's a classic ENFJ who was once described as "painfully enthusiastic" -- and is still mulling over it. You can e-mail her at alafata@elitedaily.com or check out more of her writing at http://alexialafata.com. Or do both.

Incredible Underwater Sculpture Carries The Ocean On Its Back (Photos)

You’re going to want to make sure you’re wearing a clear pair of goggles if you ever find yourself swimming off the coast of Nassau in the Bahamas. I mean, who would want to collide head-first with an 18-foot-tall underwater statue?! Because that’s what’s holding the ocean up, thanks to Jason deCaires Taylor. Taylor, a sculpture artist, […]

We Should Sympathize With Nick Young Amidst Iggy’s Beef With Snoop Dogg

Snoop’s Instagram is typically hilarious. His mix of photos with other famous people, memes and weed being smoked have made him an essential follow on Instagram. But, this week, Snoop launched a rather unwarranted attack on Iggy Azalea. The beef started when Snoop tweeted this image. Then, rather inexplicably, the stoner uncle of America continued his […]

12 Things A Man Can Do To Help Empower His Career-Oriented Woman

Women are not equals. Or at least, the world doesn’t treat them as such. Setting aside the horrible practices in many countries across the world of suppressing women and forcing them to remain submissive slaves to their male counterparts, things in more “progressive” countries are only incrementally better. Even in a country like the United States, […]
