You Can Go From The North Pole To The South Pole On This Epic Private Trip
Dear fancy men and women of the Internet: Are you a luxurious bitch with a thirst for adventure?
Do you hate the trash-can fire of a city you live in and long to see somewhere beautiful? Does your bucket list include looking square into the eyes of an emperor penguin while offering one another a silent understanding of each living thing's purpose on this Earth?
If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, your travel dreams are so close to coming true.
Luxury company VeryFirstTo, which obviously specializes in firsts, partnered with Private Jet Tours to offer an exclusive trip from Arctic to Antarctic for the trailblazers among us.
In an interview with Mashable, VeryFirstTo founder Marcel Knobil explained,
The idea of within just 11 days being able to enjoy both the Arctic and Antarctic captured our imaginations… There are these fantastic experiences from reindeer rides to an icebreaker cruise to a rope walk over a cliff to being dropped in the Bay of Bothnia.
The Tip to Toe Expedition leaves from England and heads first to Ivalo, Finland. There, travelers will ice fish, ski and go for a ride with reindeer and huskies.
Once guests are good and sleepy, they can relax in a glass igloo...
...or an elegant wood cabin courtesy of the Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort.
After everyone has rested like a freaking celebrity on a honeymoon, the travelers will take a private jet to an extravagant hotel in Cape Town, South Africa before heading to Antarctica.
There, travelers will bask in the glow of 24-hour daylight, and then the real fun begins in the South Pole, where rope walking, zip-lining over a frozen lake and flirting with emperor penguins all become a reality.
The trip, limited to a group of 10 passengers, sets off in January 2017 for a cool $99,585.
Let's face it, all of us have an extra $100,000 in spare change lying around for a luxury romp across the planet, so strap on your gilded ski boots and book this trip ASAP.
