This All-Avocado Cafe Is The Brunch Spot Basic Dreams Are Made Of

A cafe dedicated to avocado-everything is opening up in 2017, which proves the new year is already off to a delicious start.

It's called The Avocado Show, and each dish on the menu will feature an avocado in one way or another, Metro reports.

The glory days are upon us, my friends. Based on the avocado craze that overtook 2016, it's easy to assume there will be a line out the door and around the corner to get into this joint.

Can you imagine the Instagram photos that'll come out of it? I can picture them now: avocado roses, avocado toast, avocado milkshakes and avocado burger buns – all positioned beautifully on a plate.

Hold up: I hate to be a buzz kill, but the cafe is opening up in Amsterdam. We can still admire from afar, though (unless you're in Amsterdam, in which case, we envy you).

Apparently, the genius food spot was created by Julien Zaal, Ron Simpson and Jaimie van Heije. While talking about their masterpiece, they said,

The possibilities are endless. Our only rule is that the dishes need to contain the green super fruit in one way or another.

Bravo, boys.

Although the cafe won't be opening until the new year, social media accounts for The Avocado Show are already raking in views. They're also making me insanely hungry.

Their Instagram page showcases a few photos of appetizing avocado dishes that are sure to amp their followers up for the highly-anticipated grand opening.

Apparently, when the cafe opens, it'll serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night snacks. In other words, it'll put your once-a-week avocado toast at brunch to shame.

I'm about to book a flight to Amsterdam in the new year just to stop by The Avocado Show.
