There's A Cheese-Only Bar Coming To Make Restaurants Grate Again

There are few things in life that compare to the sheer joy of stuffing your face with gooey, delicious cheese.

Honestly, I'm not really sure who the hell came up with the idea to eat moldy milk, but all I can say is I'm so damn happy that person did because cheese is undeniably the most glorious food invention known to mankind.

If you're someone who also suffers from OCED (Obsessive Cheese Eating Disorder), I have some grate news.

There's a cheese-only bar coming to London and it sounds absolutely un-brie-lievable!

Matthew Carver, who formerly served grilled cheese sandwiches from The Cheese Truck's infamous yellow vehicle, "Alfie," is the mastermind behind The Cheese Bar.

Carver hit the road with "Aflie" back in 2013 and has dished out over 20 tons of cheese to hungry customers since then.

So this guy knows his cheese, to put it mildly.

The Cheese Bar will be offering about 30 different varieties of cheese from artisan cheesemakers around the United Kingdom.

This oozy establishment will have a few dishes on the menu inspired by the classic eats from Alfie, like Keens Cheddar, Ogleshield and onion.

If that's not enough to make you say, "Sweet Baby Cheesus," don't worry.

There will also be some new snacks on the menu including Queso Fundido, which is basically melted cheese with a Mexican flair, and a Breakfast Poutine dish that will consist of bacon gravy, candied pancetta and cheese curds, along with a fried egg on top for good measure.

If you're looking to satisfy your sweet tooth with a cheesy treat, The Cheese Bar will also be cranking out dark chocolate ice cream sundaes made with honey and Beenleigh Blue, which is a sweet cheese made from ewe's milk.

Seriously, all of these cheesy snacks sound so damn gouda I can barely contain myself.

The Cheese Bar will be located in Camden Stables and is set to make its delicious debut in March, so you might want to gear up for its grand opening by booking a flight to London and packing a suitcase full of stretchy pants.

Trust me, you won't be disappointed.
