Unicorn Froot Loops Are The Rainbow Breakfast That'll Make Lisa Frank Proud

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so it comes as no surprise it's receiving the unicorn treatment.

That's right: Unicorn Froot Loops have officially hit the shelves, and it's the cereal that'll take you back to your elementary school days when you were all about those neon-colored Lisa Frank notebooks. Your inner 7-year-old will be pleased to know you're beginning the day with a bowl of these babies.

The Instagram account candyhunting — a noble cause if I ever did see one — shared the news of the cereal's release, and it's hard not to love this magical news.

Kellogg's does know the way to its customers' hearts, but unfortunately, this enchanted limited-time treat is  only available in Germany at this time.

However, if you're in Germany, it still might be hard to get a box. Unicorn Froot Loops are already sold out at Flake's Corner Cafe. Deep breaths,  magical, mystical readers — deep breaths. Your frustration is understandable.

If you're sticking with eggs whites or bagels while patiently waiting for the cereal's U.S. release, there are plenty of other ways to satisfy your rainbow cravings, so hang tight.

If you find yourself in New York City, make Italians proud with a stop at Gelso & Grand for the unicorn cannoli that comes equipped with funfetti cake, homemade buttercream,  lavander macaroons, graham crackers, and colorful sprinkles.

Oh, one more thing: The "unicornoli" is covered in  a dusting of 24-karat gold on its shell, so it's kind of a big deal.

While in New York, head down to Fidi for a slice of Industry Kitchen's unicorn pizza.

Now that's amore, ladies and gents. Who could resist a bit of this fabulous treat?

There's more good news for those who can't make it to New York, either: Follow this recipe for the non-dairy unicorn milkshake and prepare to send your tastebuds on a journey that'll make Willy Wonka jealous.

Until those magical unicorns spread their wings and carry over boxes of those Froot Loops to the U.S., treat yourself to the next best thing.

Your move, Kellogg's.
