This Guy Used His Financial Aid Money To Take An Epic Trip Through Thailand

If you're like most students, you probably spend your financial aid money on tuition and over-priced school supplies.

But when Brandon Lerry received $2,500 from his school, he decided to spend his financial aid money on something no boring textbook would ever be able to teach him.

Yep, this dude did the unthinkable and put his financial aid toward a once-in-a-lifetime trip with his girlfriend.

That's right. After surprising his girlfriend with an itinerary, these two jetted to the other side of the world and set off on an epic journey through Thailand.

In fact, you might want to brace yourself because you're about to get a serious case of the travel bug.

Using a drone and a GoPro camera, Lerry captured all their dreamy adventures along the way and recently posted an epic video on YouTube showing the couple wading through glistening waterfalls, hanging out with elephants, soaking up the sun on exotic beaches and exploring the bustling city scenes.

On Facebook, the couple recently wrote,

We are just two normal people who don't come from much but are both extremely passionate about seeing the world. We came to the realization that you can't put off the things that you truly want. Don't sell yourself short of what you're capable of accomplishing. The time is now.

All of their experiences abroad look absolutely incredible and prove, sometimes, you just have to think outside of the box to make your dreams of seeing the world come true.
