Halloween Light Show Synced To Macklemore's 'Downtown' Is So On Point (Video)

by Robert Anthony

How do you plan on celebrating Halloween this year?

Dressing up as the notorious Pizza Rat is always an option, or handing out any of these delicious homemade Halloween treats should do the trick.

But if you're really looking to be in the Halloween spirit, you're going to have to outdo one Leesburg, Virginia resident's Halloween light show.

Brandon Bullis programmed an incredibly vibrant light show to sync with "Downtown" by Macklemore & Ryan Lewis. According to TIME, Bullis, an electrical engineer, was able to get the job done using 8,500 energy-efficient LED lights.

The coolest part? The music doesn't actually play from outside of Bullis' home. Instead, passersby can tune into FM radio where "Downtown" will be playing if they're within range of the light show.

The show itself takes a half hour and plays on a nightly basis from 7 pm to 9 pm until October 30.

The results are just as epic as you'd expect!
