The world of transportation is about to change forever. Say hello to HUVr, a hover board that will soon change the way you navigate through the streets.

HUVr features that insane technology you might of seen in movies like “Back to the Future” and cartoons like “The Jetsons.”

Think of a skateboard without wheels that glides across the air a couple of feet of the ground — that’s exactly what it is.

The concept was designed and produced by HUVr Tech and is being backed by multiple public figures and celebrities.

These famous faces include professional skateboarder Tony Hawk, rapper Schoolboy Q and athlete Terrell Owens just to name a few.

Based on the YouTube comments attached to their first promotional video of the revolutionary device, people can’t seem to believe that this thing is actually real… That’s because it’s not! It’s a joke but a pretty cool one at that!!

Check out the video above!

Update: According to Gearburn, it turns out that humor-based website Funny or Die is behind the prank that crushed many childhood (and adulthood) dreams across the web. Despite the joke, there’s no denying that the video is awesome. Hover boards, celebrities, athletes – sounds like a recipe for an awesome video to us!
