The Luxurious H.2 Residence, Greece
The Athens based design studio, 314 Architecture Studio, has completed their most recent residence called the H.2 Residence in a residential suburb of Athens, Greece. The building consists of a total of three residences that each have two small bedrooms and a master suite.

The eco- friendly home is built with the environment in mind. In order to save on electricity the architects built an atrium that provides lighting to secondary areas of the home. This feature in particular helps keep the home well lit throughout the majority of the day, keeping electrical usage low.

In order to deal with the hot summer days in Greece the architects have created a natural cooling system. The connection between building and water creates natural cooling.

For the cool winter days the home is equipped with the latest technology, there are heated floors and an eco-friendly VR air-conditioning system. Rather than use industrial materials, all the flooring and walls are low carbon footprint natural materials.

The interior colors and design were set with the goal of creating a sense of harmony and modernity combined with luxury. Finally the roof gardens in conjunction with the glass stairwells offer unlimited view of Argo Saronic Gulf
