The residence has been lovingly restored and converted into a single-family residence by William Rainero. William actually grew up in the home so designing this home had some sentimental value for him. He has personally overseen each aspect of the renovation.

The house is about 22.5 feet wide and features a south-facing Zen garden just a few steps away from New York’s iconic Washington Square Park. The living space is spread over a total of 7 floors that include a multi-level living space.

The property once belonged to the famed American composer John Philip Sousa also known as the American March King.
