People Are Remembering Alan Rickman With Magical 'Harry Potter' Tattoos

I spent most of my childhood being utterly obsessed with all things "Harry Potter."

I was always enthralled with the story that surrounded one character in particular, Professor Severus Snape.

So, like many of my fellow muggles, I was deeply saddened to learn about the death of Alan Rickman Thursday at the young age of 69.

Immediately following the news, scores of Slytherin fans raised their wands and began paying tribute to the complex man who filled our muggle minds and hearts with magic over the years.

While some people posted tweets saying their final goodbyes, others remembered Rickman by sharing photos of their amazing "Harry Potter"-inspired tattoos.

So far we've seen everything from touching "Always" tats and spellbound stags to enchanting ink portraits of the wizard who taught us to always look for light in even the darkest of places.

Rickman will be sorely missed by all.
