These Food Enthusiasts Know What It Really Means To 'Eat Clean' (Photos)

Instagram

It seems like everyone is pretty into clean eating these days.

In fact, it's almost impossible to make it through an entire day without hearing at least one person brag about their oppressive juice cleanse or miserable, carb-less "clean diet."

Don't get me wrong. I think it's important to eat healthy (most of the time).

But there is no need to broadcast your obsession with clean eating on social media and clog up our Instagram feeds with fitspo photos of your depressing kale salad.

You know how the saying goes, you can't spell the word diet without "die," and quite frankly, I'm pretty sure I would rather be dead than go on a "clean" diet that makes me give up pizza and grilled cheese for the rest of my life.

So we set out to refine the meaning of "clean eating" by rounding up a bunch of food porn enthusiasts who know how to live without calorie restrictions and eat to the fullest.

Take a look at the pictures below to see a how clean eating should really be done.
