You'll Soon Be Able To Order Your Favorite Taco Bell Items From Your Desk

There's nothing worse than being stuck at your desk when those lunchtime cravings set in.

But, thanks to Taco Bell's new ordering technology, your days of daydreaming about spicy snacks while you pretend to do work may soon become things of the past.

That's right. Taco Bell just teamed up with the workplace messaging company Slack to create the almighty TacoBot.

So, what exactly is this glorious innovation?

Apparently, the new artificially intelligent ordering service lets you talk to something known as TacoBot, order all your beloved Quesalupas and even pay for your meals right through Slack.

I know, what a time to be alive.

If being able to order Crunchwrap Supremes without leaving your desk isn't enough to make you die and go to Taco Bell heaven, you'll be glad to know TacoBot can also give you tasty recommendations, answer all of your quesadilla-related questions and even organize group orders.

So yeah, you pretty much have no excuse to skip out on Taco Tuesdays at the office now.

In a statement, Taco Bell director of digital innovation Lawrence Kim said,

The TacoBot Slack integration is the latest step on our journey to make the brand more accessible wherever and whenever our fans want it. TacoBot is the next best thing to having your own Taco Bell butler… and who wouldn't want that??

Taco Bell is reportedly still in the testing phase with several companies, but I see a bright future for workday lunches!
