It may not look like it from the exterior, but this eight-bedroom, 16-bathroom Florida mansion is heaven on earth for all serious “Star Trek” fans.

The home’s owner and creative mastermind is former CEO of FriendFinder, Marc Bell, but it can be all yours for a modest asking price of $35 million.

While the majority of trekkies in the world may not have that much money to throw around, the custom home is still a spectacle to behold.

The mansion has multiple “Star Trek”-themed rooms, but the most intriguing feature may be the detailed recreation of the Starship Enterprise, which serves as the home’s entertainment room.

There are also plenty of rooms that don’t maintain a strict theme, but each is fun and creative in its own way.

Take a tour of the mansion through the series of photos below:

Artist David Irvine has placed ordinary pop-culture TV, book and movie characters into thrift store painting scenes — and the results are absolutely phenomenal. While rural thrift store paintings might normally be pretty boring, it’s easy to spice them up with a little Spider-Man, Pacman or Bambi action. He calls this series “Re-Directed Paintings.” In […]

Nom Nom: 11 Times Food Absolutely Tastes Better Than Skinny Feels

We’ve all heard Kate Moss’ expression, “Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.” While that quote may stave the hunger of some during the afternoon, it really doesn’t have any effect when you’re blacked out at 4 in the morning and the pizza place on the corner is calling your name. I can safely bet […]

Up In The Air: 20 Pieces Of Advice For The Class Of 2020

“The slower we move, the faster we die. Make no mistake, moving is living.”  From “Up in the Air” (2009) Giving career advice to the class of 2020 is something that still makes me do a double take and reminds me of the 60s hit, “In the year 2525,” by Zagar and Evans. Nonetheless, the […]

Stephen Colbert Rips Apart All The Terrible Crowdsourced Ideas (Video)

The potato salad Kickstarter has more or less proved the ridiculousness of crowdfunding. Sure, it can be used for good, but it can also be used to fund insane bullsh*t. Case in point: Vessyl. Vessyl is a “smart cup” that can tell what you’re drinking and how many calories are in your beverage, among other things. […]
