She’s gifted he rapper husband Jay-Z a diamond-encrusted 3 million on a designer watch for his birthday. The watch in question is a shimmering Hublot Big Bang, which debuted last year, and is made only by request.

The $5 million watch sparkles with 42 carats or 637 baguette baguette diamonds, which is enough to cover the case, dial, and bracelet.
