Space Travel is a reality and speaks to the minds of many. Already over 500 people purchased a $200,000 ticket to go space with Sir Richard Branson’s Virgin Galactic, the worlds first commercial space liner. With celebrities like Aston Kutcher, Stephen Hawking, Michael Schumacher and Victoria Principal already signing up it’s time to connect the International Film Industry to Space and vice versa during an exciting, most Out-of-the-box” Astronaut Party. Time and place will be the luscious villa Oxygen on the Riviera’s hotspot Cannes on Saturday May 19, 2012.

Celebrities, venture capitalists and future astronauts will find themselves in the midst of other inspired people. International fashion designer Addy van den Krommenacker, will show his couture collection on space travel. Dancers of the National Ballet of Limoges (France), Tuscany (Italy) and Holland’s prime time television programme So you think you can dance will provide a unique intergalactic dance performance, powered by Diego Cosignani Productions. Three time ISS astronaut Jean-Francois Clervoy will speak. And of course there will be space bubbles.

Organizer Richard Nilsson trusts this to be the party where many people will talk about. Nilsson said: You simply can’t afford to miss it. I have many years of experience in organizing cutting edge art & cinematic events combining arts, fashion and music to an orgy of entertainment. But this will simply be the best party of the Film Festival.

The challenge is to consider what space travel will contribute to our society say Jean-Luc Wibaux and Ronald Heister, both Accredited Space Agents for Virgin Galactic. We need affordable space travel to inspire our youth, to let them know that they can experience their dreams, can set significant goals and be in a position to lead all of us to future progress in exploration, discovery and fun.

The Futuristic Cutting Edge Space Night will involve everything from Sexy Fashion Show in Cosmonaut suits, ballet dancers to Electric laser shows and certified cosmonauts to the sound of Jean Michael Jarre. It’s one of a lifetime experience where Richard takes you beyond your own imagination and offers your brand a great possibility to a futuristic cutting edge night among the stars.
