Goiânia-based architectural practice Mustafá Bucar Arquitetura have completed the Gedda House project. The stunning home is located in Goiânia the largest city in Goiás, Brazil.
According to the architects: “Supported on a panel of hydraulic tiles, a marquee with five meters in balance invites to the surprise of the courtyard on a small lot with a compact patio.
“The luxury Brazilian house is divided in three well-defined areas: service, intimate and social. The latter is formed by the integration of the living room, TV room, dining room and a small courtyard, which opens onto large balcony.
“The house has a low ceiling that creates a sensation of coziness, except in the living room where the ceiling is sloped, creating an opening that allows the entry of sunlight.
“The construction and carpentry objects were executed under the administration of the office itself, allowing the exploration of cladding elements, working tones and textures of the materials used, releasing plans and volumes, a composition made of floor, wall and ceiling.
“The three suites have large window doors that open onto small intimate gardens, isolated compared to other environments in the luxury house.”
