Coin collectors, prepare your wallets. We’ve received word that The Royal Mint recently released a magnificent two coin set commemorating the Queen’s golden and diamond jubilee anniversaries.

This is a worthwhile investment for any avid coin enthusiast. This is a particularly monumental occasion because the current Queen is only the second in history to have such an extensive reign. The previous title holder was Queen Victoria in 1897.

As an added bonus, the coins issued in ten years ago in 2002 to commemorate the 50th year of the Queen’s reign are also included in this set. The second coin, the diamond jubilee, celebrates the Queen’s most recent landmark.

Both coins were designed by Ian Rank-Broadley and each set of this iconic collection will be individually numbered, containing a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist himself. This is a very limited edition set, as production has been set at just 60 units available for worldwide distribution.

The ‘Hot Girl Effect’ And How It Can Change A Guy’s Life

One of the major differences between women and men is a phenomenon called the “hot girl effect.” This occurs when a man becomes much more attractive in the eyes of a given woman because he is with a hot girl (I’m talking far more attractive than he is). This example, in its most extreme form, is […]

Amazon’s package-delivering drones are a great idea, and all, but what if we utilized drone technology to serve us a mixed drink after a long day at the office? Now, that’s innovation! Luckily for us, a student at the Kyiv National University Of Construction and Architecture already thought of this. Now, we just need to figure […]

The Microwave That Counts Calories Won’t Make Us Healthier, Just More Insecure

Leftover Chinese won’t be as appetizing the second time around. Researchers at General Electric have developed a tool that can quickly measure the calories in your food by utilizing three pieces of information: fat content, water content and weight.
