Models are expected to have freakishly thin body frames, but this probably isn’t very desirable. The New York Daily News reported Romanian-born model Iona Spangenberg has an unbelievably small 20-inch waist. But it’s not because she doesn’t eat anything or because she’s always working out.

In fact, the model, nicknamed the “human hourglass” eats three filling meals a day and snacks in between. And according to Us Weekly, those foods aren’t diet material.

“No one seems to believe it, but every day I eat three big meals and I snack on chocolate and crisps all the time. I just have a small stomach,” the 30-year-old said. “It’s a bit like having a natural gastric band — if I eat too much, I feel sick.”

For those who can’t imagine how small a 20-inch waist looks like, the magazine reported it’s just a mere five inches bigger than a CD.

Spangenberg added that while the modeling industry embraces svelte figures, she wishes she had a thicker frame.

“In Romania it is better to be overweight, because that means you are from a wealthy family,” the model, who is now married and living in Germany, said. “So while my friends were going out and dating, I was sitting at home with Mars bars wishing I could fatten up.”

Wish we could just eat Mars bars all day long.
