Actually, the entire last floor of the building is occupied by three luxe penthouses, and they are all waiting for lavish inhabitants to occupy them.

The most expensive one boasts four bedrooms and has 3,800 square feet of space, and a dazzling list of amenities: indoor pool, baby grand piano, private Pilates rooms, spa suite, a grilling terrace, and much more.

The other two penthouses are a bit smaller, having 3 bedrooms each, and their rent price is a bit lower too: $45,000 per month, or $540,000 per year. Luxury and extravagance characterizes every single inch of space in these sky dwellings, making them ideal homes for rich bachelors set to party every night.
