What better place from which to admire breathtaking views of New York City than the highest penthouse in Manhattan?

Designed by Pritzker Prize-winning Frank Gehry, the apartment occupies the 76th floor of a skyscraper on Spruce Street. It is situated 870 feet above the ground, and it is available for rent at $60,000 per month or $720,000 per year.

Actually, the entire last floor of the building is occupied by three luxe penthouses, and they are all waiting for lavish inhabitants to occupy them.

The most expensive one boasts four bedrooms and has 3,800 square feet of space, and a dazzling list of amenities: indoor pool, baby grand piano, private Pilates rooms, spa suite, a grilling terrace, and much more.

The other two penthouses are a bit smaller, having 3 bedrooms each, and their rent price is a bit lower too: $45,000 per month, or $540,000 per year. Luxury and extravagance characterizes every single inch of space in these sky dwellings, making them ideal homes for rich bachelors set to party every night.

The Importance Of Communication When It Comes To Mental Illness

According to the National Institute for Mental Health, about 26.2 percent of American adults — that’s roughly one in four — suffer from a diagnosable mental illness in a given year. That adds up to roughly 58 million people above the age of 18. As someone who is currently undergoing the lengthy process of diagnoses/medication/re-diagnosis/new medication/rinse, lather, repeat, I’d […]

Rivaling the school pride of some sports-centered colleges in the NCAA championship, Avon High School in Indiana produced this amazing “lip-dub” video to share with the world their apparent love for their school. Involving administrators, teachers and so many students, this six-minute clip takes you back to a much more exciting and music-friendly version of […]

Cat Attempts To Jump Into Sink, Fails Miserably (Video)

Is this a cat or an oversized furry goldfish that has somehow figured out how to breathe out of water? I only ask because he’s the feline equivalent of Ten Second Tom from “50 First Dates,” which means he’s either suffered significant brain damage or has the brain of a small fish. Of course, being […]

Ellen DeGeneres Gives Perfect Response To The Target Arm Photoshopping Controversy (Video)

You all remember Target’s epic Photoshop fail featuring a crotchless model with spikes coming out of her shoulders and arms. The real victim of that unfortunate (and poorly-executed) nipping and tucking and splicing went on Ellen DeGeneres’ show. Model Tanya Marie Keller took a hilarious spin on the controversy, donning arm extensions (it’s a thing) to […]
