We all know that, these days, news channels care first and foremost about providing authentic, heavily fact-checked, quality reporting.
Don't believe me? Then I'd calmly refer you to a recent segment in which Bill O'Reilly explained that Asians aren't liberals because they're too "hard-working."
So I was shocked -- shocked -- to learn CBS included an obvious joke reaction when covering the emotional disaster that former One Direction Person Zayn Malik caused for our world's teens (and lonely moms).
Either the editor of this CBS segment believes normal human beings express sadness by kissing and crumpling up photographs while on camera, or he or she decided to single-handedly troll the entire world.
I hope to God it was the latter.
