Don't believe everything you see on the Internet, kids.

Even if it's real, there's a big chance you're going to mess up at some point during your DIY experiment, which will result in you hating humanity until your last days.

That's exactly what happened to a bunch of pissed off YouTube users when some guy literally drilled a headphone jack into his new iPhone 7.

If you've been following the news surrounding the Apple's latest smartphone release, you know the iPhone 7 doesn't feature a headphone jack. In other words, the headphone jack is dead.

You'll either have to use Bluetooth headphones (which you'll probably lose) or you'll have to purchase an adapter that turns your lightning cable port into a good ole 3.5-mm headphone jack.

YouTube user TechRax decided he wants zero to do with additional adapters and Bluetooth crapola. Instead, he grabbed a handy-dandy drill, a 3.5-mm drill bit and a brand new jet black iPhone 7...

Then, he does the unthinkable. I didn't think he was actually crazy enough to put a real drill bit to his iPhone, but he did. In just seconds, he had successfully drilled a 3.5-mm "headphone jack" into the phone.

You'll notice when the music finally turns on, you can't really tell if it's emitting from the built-in phone speakers or the wired Apple headphones this DIY maniac "drilled" into the iPhone 7.

A bunch of YouTubers obviously thought he had succeeded because they tried the bizarre stunt on their own -- and failed miserably in the process. The comments expressing their outrage are priceless...

It's true, people are ACTUALLY attempting to drill a headphone jack into their brand new iPhone 7 devices.

I'll admit, it's awesome to watch -- but don't do it.
