Only an ad agency based in Amsterdam could come up with a commercial this amazing because whoever came up with the idea to make a jeans commercial based on the infamous business card scene in “American Pyscho” had to be f*cking stoned.
It’s just brilliantly random and makes for one of the best marketing ploys I’ve ever seen (and I used to major in advertising). Because hipsters and their jeans are about as obsessive and shallow as Wall Street sociopaths and their business cards.
If you haven’t seen “American Psycho,” then this should definitely make you want to check out what I consider to be Christian Bale’s best role. Go watch it and then come back to this and gain a new appreciation for the hipster playing the iconic sociopath.
