Yesterday, some people celebrated a little known holiday called “St. Patrick’s Day,” and to commemorate it in his own special way, Kermit the Frog stopped by “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” to perform the classic song “It’s Not Easy Being Green.”

Fallon comes in to change things up a little at the end, but this bit is more amusing than it is funny. Unless you were robbed of a childhood, you grew up with “The Muppets” and “Sesame Street” and this is probably the best anthropomorphic song ever written.

There’s no better way to kick off the day than with a little bit of nostalgia.
