The Mom's Version Of Taylor Swift's 'Blank Space' Is Just Perfect (Video)

by Gillian Fuller

Nobody -- not even mothers -- can escape nor deny the catchiness of Taylor Swift's chart-topping songs.

This truth is evidenced by comedy channel What's Up Moms' newest parody, a remake of Swift's increasingly popular ditty, “Blank Space.”

Unlike Swift's version, which focuses on the singer's “long list of ex-lovers,” the mothers' version zeroes in on a much more relatable theme: being diehard Starbucks lovers.

The revamped lyrics sing the praises of caffeine addiction, and the mothers claim espresso is what keeps them from going insane while they chase their inexhaustible children around.

Even for non-mothers, this parody rings true: We all rely on caffeine.

Check out the hilarious parody in the video up top, then go pour yourself another cup o' joe. You deserve it.
